How do I place an order?

Browse our available designs, select the products you would like, add them to your cart, and proceed through checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase is completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and any additional payment options displayed during Shopify checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your device and location.

Are your cards official Pokémon cards?

No. SnapZag cards are independently created, unofficial Pokémon fan-art collectibles.

They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.

They are not official Pokémon Trading Card Game cards and are not intended for tournament play.

What are SnapZag cards made for?

SnapZag cards are created as fun, unofficial fan-art collectibles for Pokémon fans, families, and collectors.

They are designed for display, collecting, gifting, and enjoying the artwork and stories behind each design.

Are your products made in advance?

Most SnapZag products are made on demand.

Production begins after your order is placed. Standard orders are generally processed within three business days and will ship as soon as they are completed and ready.

Custom, personalized, commissioned, preorder, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are generally processed within three business days after the order is placed and payment is completed.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays, postal holidays, or other days when SnapZag or the shipping carrier is closed.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is completed and ready for shipment.

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, postal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Where do you currently ship?

SnapZag currently ships only within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders include tracking.

Shopify will email your tracking information after your order has been fulfilled.

You can use the tracking link in that email to follow your shipment through delivery.

Please allow time for USPS to complete its first scan after the shipping label is created.

Can I request a custom card?

Yes. We welcome special requests and custom ideas.

Please visit our Special Requests page and include the Pokémon or character, setting, theme, colors, pose, and any other details you would like us to consider.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.

We will contact you to discuss availability, pricing, timing, and next steps.

Will I receive a proof for a custom order?

When a proof is included with a custom project, you will have an opportunity to review the design before production begins.

Please carefully check names, spelling, dates, character selections, layout, and other requested details.

Once a proof is approved, additional changes may require an extra fee and may delay production.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us at andy@snapzag.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We may be able to update or cancel a standard order before production or fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed.

Custom, personalized, commissioned, and made-to-order products may not be canceled once design or production work has started.

What is your return policy?

Eligible standard, non-personalized products may be returned according to the requirements and timeframes stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once design or production work begins, except when an item arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrect, or materially different from an approved design.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at andy@snapzag.com within seven calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging and shipping label when applicable.

Keep the product and all packaging materials until we complete our review.

Will the printed product look exactly like it does on my screen?

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.

However, screen settings, lighting, printing methods, cutting, foil placement, and production materials may create small differences in color, brightness, cropping, alignment, texture, or finish.

Minor production variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Bulk-order requests may be considered depending on product availability, quantity, and production timing.

Please contact us at andy@snapzag.com before placing a large order so we can review your request and provide availability, pricing, and estimated production details.

Can I send a SnapZag card as a gift?

Yes. SnapZag cards make great gifts for Pokémon fans and collectors.

Please make sure the shipping address entered during checkout is correct.

Gift messages or special packaging may be available when specifically offered on the product page or during checkout.
